Hi! I'm Renae and I've been on such a crazy whirlwind journey to creating sustainable health in my family for the last few years. You see...I thought I was healthy. And then I got pregnant and realized I was FAR from it. Now that I had this new life to care for, I wanted to do things the best way I could. I dove head first into the world of cloth diapers, all natural products, organic, and so much more. But the shift I made then was nothing in comparison to the shift I made when my husband was diagnosed with a brain tumor. With 3 young kids (5 and under), a husband with a brain tumor and seizures who couldn't drive, my version of healthy COMPLETELY changed.
Nearly two years ago, I was an exhausted postpartum mama with 3 kids under the age of 5. I was working part time, shuffling around my husband who was on driving restrictions from seizures caused from the tumor, and still trying to keep up with the day to day of life. I literally was exhausted! My house was a mess, my kids were a mess...and let's be real....I was a mess.
Along this amazing journey, I've done a ton of research, worked with many other women to achieve their health and life wellness goals and have compiled all my knowledge into a program that can help you be the BEST version of you!
I needed to be strong. I needed to be confident. And I needed ENERGY! Can I get an amen to that? I'd worked out here and there. I'd tried to eat healthy. But something just wasn't working. I was still exhausted. I still felt like monster mom. And I felt like giving up on all of it.
In June 2016 it CLICKED!
I found something that worked for me and felt like it gave me my life back. It gave me passion, excitement, and to say it saved my life would be an understatement. The system includes 3 key pieces (that I didn't realize were KEY until this past year). Those 3 things are Having a Plan, Having the Right Mindset and Planting Yourself in the BEST Environment for Success. These 3 components have proven to work time and time again!
These photos reflect part of my physical changes but something remarkable happened to me on the inside. I learned to value myself and take care of myself. It has transformed the way I love people and given me a new drive to be the BEST person I can be for my family and my community.
Since June 2016....
I Lost 25 lbs
Gained confidence in myself and my body no matter what it looks like
Feel the strongest I've ever felt, both in my body and as a person
Found simple ways to replenish my soul and take time for myself
Learned to see my food choices as fuel and energy rather than feeling deprived
Grown to LOVE vegetables & choosing them as my snacks of choice
Stopped Eating Processed Food
Added Fitness into My Daily Routine
No longer feel like I'm giving my family only part of me
Done saying yes to a million things, and instead say yes to the things that mean the most
No longer chronicaly fatigued (despite having 3 kids in my bed by morning every night!)
I had to first understand that what I put in my body everyday (not just some days) mattered! I needed to understand that food was going to heal my body or it was going to make me ill. AND taking time for me was not a luxury but a NECESSITY. I had to change my MINDSET.
Secondly, I needed a step by step guide to show me the way because to be honest, I was clueless when I first started. Without a plan for each day, I would be in the same place I was, still struggling to find that THING that would work for me. You know the saying.... if you fail to plan, then you can plan to fail. Stop planning to fail. Plug into a Plan.
Thirdly, I had to place myself in an environment I knew I would suceed in! So, I plugged into an online community of like-minded people... people that ALL wanted to make better choices. We supported each other through daily accountability posts to acheive our goals. Without that community, I'm not sure where I would be on my journey today. These women have been the combat to my lack of motivation. They have been my champions. They've pushed me to achieve goals I never thought possible. Place Yourself in the RIGHT Environment.
For the last few years, I have been leading this kind of virtual community for people like you who are READY for change. For women who want to feel better and live better. It's about creating space in our lives to say "Yes I matter. My body matters. My time matters. My health matters. And the only way I can give the best of myself to my family and friends is if I give the best to myself first." Losing weight, getting fit, becoming healthier, gaining confidence, and living with more energy everyday are just amazing side effects of loving yourself! Along the way, I have learned so many tricks and ways to make this journey easier, and I love sharing that knowledge with people who are ready to receive it.
And most importantly....this journey is about finding ways to SLOW down, enjoy every single day, and LIVE to our fullest!
I am your guide through it all! You'll be inspired by the other women in the group and be excited to share when start crushing your goals! We celebrate all the wins!
Within 30 days you will be thinking... this actually is kind of fun! You will believe in yourself again and be feeling confident to continue on your journey instead of going right back to old habits after our 30 days.
